Executive to expand our impact within the construction arena. This
role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, eager to drive sales and foster enduring relationships
with our clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting our
innovative solutions that bring substantial efficiency and growth
to the construction industry. Develop and execute strategic sales
plans to meet revenue targets in the construction sector Cultivate
strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding
their needs and proposing customized solutions Conduct market
research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new
opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
to a diverse range of clients Negotiate contracts and close
agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies Work closely
with the product development and marketing teams to ensure client
needs are met and to gather feedback for future enhancements Attend
industry events and conferences to generate sales leads and network
with potential customers Proven ability to negotiate and close
deals Strong understanding of the construction industry and market
dynamics Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation
skills Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical

Professional Sales Certification (e.g., CPSA, CPSP) is preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
