Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 15 years of experience in marketing
analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical
analysis. 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people
management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team
development. Preferred qualifications: Experience with marketing
analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution
models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R,
Python etc.). Ability to effectively influence and communicate
cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and

of Data, Measurement and Analytics for CG&E HPC, you will lead
a team of pod-aligned data transformation leads and analytical
Leads to grow Google business and advance client data, technical,
and measurement maturity. In this role, you will be the team's
measurement and analytics expert, lead the team's strategy across
data and measurement priorities, and serve as an active member of
the Home and Personal Care and Data Measurement and Analytics
Leadership teams. You will lead Analytical Leads (ALs) and Data
Transformation Leads (DTLs) supporting the CG&E Home and
Personal Care (HPC) Sales team. Your goal is to grow Google
business by advancing Value Delivered, Total Opportunity, Data
Strength, and Proof of Value within the HPC vertical. You will
serve as the team’s most executive subject matter expert (SME) and
a key member of the vertical leadership team. Google's Large
Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry
thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We

advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and
more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique

businesses and drive the growth of Google. The US base salary range
for this full-time position is $179,000-$249,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

more about benefits at Google . Responsibilities Define the HPC's
data, measurement and analytics strategy, selling clients on
Google's measurement solutions to achieve their objectives. Design
solutions to bridge measurement gaps with implementing
comprehensive first-party data strategies (eg. value-based bidding
and omnichannel) and Ad tech to deepen the impact of Google Ads
flagship products, including power pair (AI Max PMax), demand gen,
and YouTube. Capture more outcomes for the customers by utilizing
solutions such as data strength and Google's data infrastructure.
Enable competitive selling by understanding how HPC customers
measure value delivered from their marketing investment and how
Google competes. Build an effective, high-performing and
collaborative team, support the team in delivering full funnel
measurement strategies, including identifying new business
opportunities to drive customer outcomes. Focus on the highest
value opportunities, scale successes, and define clear swim
lanes.
