Coordinator - Patient Data Entry Experience Job Description Join a
dynamic team dedicated to advancing clinical and translational
research within a specific Division. This role involves assisting
with study coordination, patient recruitment, and enrollment for
investigator-initiated and multi-center research studies. You will
work directly with study physicians, research coordinators, project
managers, and other research staff to support high-profile studies
in drug trials, including those treating Parkinson's disease.
Responsibilities Assist with study coordination and recruitment for
various research projects. Conduct patient recruitment and
enrollment for clinical studies. Perform screening visits and
consent participants for studies. Process and ship laboratory
samples. Enter data into research databases accurately. Escort
participants to testing and procedure areas. Work closely with
study physicians and other research staff. Essential Skills
Experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, and
enrollment. Proficiency in chart review and data entry. Ability to
pre-screen patients effectively. Knowledge of Good Clinical
Practice (GCP). Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of
related experience or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Work Environment Our facility is located at the
northwest corner of 9th and Pine streets, easily accessible by
public transport, including a short walk from PATCO and SEPTA
stations. Parking is available nearby. Initially, the role requires
on-site presence, with the flexibility to work from home one day a
week for the first four months, increasing to two days thereafter,
provided it does not interfere with responsibilities. The work is
fulfilling, with opportunities to engage in studies for diseases
without cures, offering significant personal and professional

Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
Philadelphia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position
is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of
