performance, and individual contributions. About the Role We are
seeking an FSQA Technician to join our team at our Swedesboro
bakery. As an FSQA Technician, you will be accountable for
supporting food safety and quality programs through sampling,
testing, documentation, and verification activities that ensure all
products meet Aspire Bakeries’ standards and regulatory
requirements. Shift & Schedule Shift: 2nd Hours: 2PM – 10:30PM
(Thursday - Monday; Tuesday and Wednesday off) Weekend
Availability: Required Compensation Hourly Rate: $22.00 Core
Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Conduct food safety and
quality sampling, testing, inspections, and documentation in
accordance with AIMS requirements. Verify GMPs, HACCP/Preventive
Controls, CCP monitoring, and QAP standards across production
areas. Identify, document, and report non?conforming materials or
products and place items on hold in SAP as needed. Participate in
pre?operational inspections, physical bakery inspections, and
cross?functional verification activities. Perform sensory,
physical, and packaging evaluations on finished products and report
results to bakery leadership. Ensure cross?traffic control, zoning
adherence, tool control, hygiene standards, and food safety
practices are followed. Complete required AIMS, Alchemy, and
training curriculum activities and support continuous improvement
efforts. Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High
School Diploma required; some college?level science coursework or
food industry experience preferred. 1–2 years of related experience
in food safety, quality, or food manufacturing. Must be at least 18
years of age. Experience with SAP or similar systems. Ability to
conduct product inspections, sampling, and documentation with
accuracy. Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety practices,
and basic GMP/quality principles. Ability to communicate clearly,
follow procedures, and work cross?functionally. Preferred
Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Prior experience in
food manufacturing FSQA roles. Familiarity with HACCP, Preventive
Controls, or GFSI programs. Experience conducting inspections or
audits in regulated environments. Strong attention to detail and
comfort working in production environments. Ability to identify
quality issues and escalate concerns appropriately. Aspire Bakeries
